Interests & study (intuitive healing arts): Reiki, shamanic techniques, color/sound/gem healing, and oracle card readings. She’s also a fan of alternative/holistic health, including acupuncture, supplements/herbs, and cold-plunging.
Beyond the table: exploring new ethnic-food restaurants; reading non-fiction (self-help, spirituality, true crime); late-night YouTube; time with her partner (also an LMT) and pets—2 cats, 2 chinchillas, plus a 5-gal nano-aquarium (betta, racer snail, and shrimp). Grounding in nature—especially near water—is a favorite.
