Dynamic Part-Time Front Desk Associate

We seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. Role & Responsibilities:

Appointment Scheduling/Coordination: While appointment booking experience would be a plus, we are committed to training the right person for the role.

Retail Sales: Our boutique offers high-quality, all-natural/organic skin and wellness products. We’re looking for a team member who can enhance our boutique experience with a consultative approach to sales — not high pressure, but also not passive.

Customer Engagement: As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging customer experience. This includes booking services, handling cancellations, assigning rooms, and more.

Facility Maintenance: Basic cleaning and organizing tasks are also part of the role, ensuring that our spacious and busy spa maintains a healthy, friendly, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, and some college education is preferred. Retail experience is also highly desirable, but we recognize that a strong work-ethic, excellent communication skills, and a professional attitude can make up for that. Basic office-level computer skills (email, Word, etc.), an engaging phone manner, and the ability to stay organized and think on your feet in a lively environment are also crucial.

We can accommodate student schedules and are currently interviewing for two positions, one 20-30 hours a week and one 10-20 hours.
