Our Clinical Triage Tool matches your symptoms to the right service in under 60 seconds.
Find Your FitEvery session begins with a clinical intake — a real conversation about what’s going on in your body. From there, your therapist builds a treatment plan around your specific needs using the KI Process™, developed through decades of clinical and resort spa experience.
Advanced Massage Services
Our most comprehensive clinical work. Multi-modality sessions for complex conditions, full-body integration, or the most immersive therapeutic experience we offer.
Advanced Therapeutic Massage
Our most complete session. Your therapist draws from deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, craniosacral work, stretching, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage — selecting and combining techniques based on your intake assessment. Includes our custom-blended Lymph Vitality Oil. Built for chronic pain, injury recovery, or anyone who needs a treatment plan, not just a massage.
The Spa Rub
Our most sensory-rich session — and the one time we’ll say the word “pampering” without flinching. Dry body brushing to stimulate circulation and skin turnover, fragrant oil application, hot towels, a dedicated hand-to-heel treatment, and a face massage. You take home the remaining product and your body brush. Still therapeutic, but built around the experience as much as the outcome. If you’ve been running on empty and need a reset, this is it.
MVA Massage
Motor Vehicle Accident RecoveryTherapeutic massage guided by your physician’s diagnosis following a motor vehicle accident. Your prescription becomes our treatment plan — we work within the scope of your MD or DC’s recommendations to address cervical strain, soft tissue injury, and related conditions.
Enhanced Massage Services
Targeted, modality-specific sessions. Each applies a distinct therapeutic approach — from deep tissue and sports recovery to prenatal care and craniosacral work. This is where most of our clients land.
Therapeutic Massage
This is what we’re known forA clinical massage session tailored to your intake, using firm, purposeful techniques that go well beyond surface-level work. Your therapist assesses what’s going on, builds a plan, and treats the cause — not just the spot that hurts. Increases circulation, supports recovery, and adapts to your body every session. If you’re not sure what to book, start here.
CBD Therapeutic Massage
Everything in our Therapeutic Massage, enhanced with a dedicated 100mg CBD massage cream. The CBD targets inflammation and soreness at the tissue level, allowing your body to relax deeper and respond faster. The cream also conditions and protects skin during the session.
Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle, non-invasive bodywork focused on your central nervous system. Your therapist uses light touch to release restrictions and support your body’s own regulatory mechanisms. Particularly effective for stress, headaches, TMJ issues, and nervous system dysregulation. The lightest pressure on our menu — and for many clients, the most profound results.
Deep Rub
Deep Tissue MassageSustained, focused pressure targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. This is the session for chronic tension that won’t quit — stiff neck, tight low back, locked-up shoulders. Your therapist works slowly and deliberately to realign tissue and release holding patterns. Not a spa-style rubdown. Not subtle.
Hot Stone Rub
Heated basalt stones used as an extension of your therapist’s hands. The warmth penetrates deep into muscle tissue, allowing your therapist to access and release tension with less mechanical pressure. A therapeutic tool rooted in tradition, not just a spa aesthetic — the heat does real clinical work, increasing circulation and calming the nervous system.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A gentle, rhythmic technique that promotes lymph circulation and supports immune function. The work stays superficial by design — this isn’t deep pressure, it’s precision. Effective for post-surgical recovery, chronic swelling, allergies, and persistent fatigue. If your body has been holding onto something, this helps it let go.
Myofascial Release Rub
Sustained pressure applied to fascial restrictions — the connective tissue surrounding and binding your muscles. Targets trigger points and referred pain patterns that show up as chronic back pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, and limited range of motion. This work goes after the architecture of tension, not just the symptoms.
Reflexology
Precise pressure techniques applied to specific zones in the hands, feet, and ears, each corresponding to systems and organs throughout the body. Promotes circulation, reduces pain, and supports overall balance. A strong option for clients dealing with stress-related conditions or those who prefer focused extremity work over full-body massage.
Performance Rub
Sports MassageBuilt for bodies that work hard. Deep, methodical strokes combined with intensive stretching to increase circulation, flush metabolic waste, and accelerate recovery. Designed for athletes, but equally effective for musicians, dancers, and anyone whose livelihood depends on physical performance. Pre-event, post-event, or as part of an ongoing training regimen.
Pregnancy Rub
Prenatal and postpartum massage customized to your stage and your body’s specific needs. Our BodyCushion™ System allows you to lie face-down safely and comfortably — even late into pregnancy. Every session is adapted for what your body is going through right now, supporting both physical adjustment and recovery.
Thai Massage
A fully-clothed session performed on traditional floor mats — no oils, no table. Your therapist uses hands, elbows, and feet to guide your body through a series of acupressure sequences and yoga-inspired stretches, releasing tension and opening energy pathways. Rooted in Ayurvedic and yogic tradition. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Cupping Therapy
Spot TreatmentSuction cups applied to targeted areas to lift tissue, increase blood flow, and release tension. Think of it as reverse massage — instead of pressing into the muscle, we’re drawing it upward. Effective for stubborn knots, localized pain, and areas that aren’t responding to manual pressure alone.
Essential Massage Services
Our most accessible sessions. Swedish-based techniques focused on relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. New to massage or want a solid, restorative session at a lower price point? Start here.
La La Massage
Swedish Relaxation MassageA classic Swedish massage — long, flowing strokes designed to calm the nervous system, ease muscle tension, and bring your stress level back to baseline. Full-body, rhythmic, and deeply relaxing. This is the session for when your body doesn’t have a specific complaint — it just needs to stop clenching.
The Rub
Swedish Integrative MassageOur namesake. A Swedish-based session where your therapist blends techniques to match what your body needs that day — a little more pressure here, some extra attention there. It’s personalized without being clinical. A great starting point if you’re new to That’s the Rub and want to see what we’re about.
Focused Modalities
Standalone services that can also be integrated into broader treatment plans.
Facilitated Stretching
Guided, therapist-assisted stretching to improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and relieve joint stress. This service may be performed by a licensed massage therapist or a personal trainer — both bring different strengths to the work. Not sure which is the better fit? Give us a call and we’ll help you decide.
